Terms and conditions
Conditions of contract for orders in the KROKOGRA® online shop.

1. Scope and counterparties
These General Terms and Conditions apply to contracts relating to goods that are entered into via the KROKOGRA® online shop between Elmar Pustlauck, KROKOGRA® Premium Natural Skincare, Amsbergring 10, 38667 Bad Harzburg (nachfolgend „KROKOGRA“) und Kunden geschlossen werden. Verbraucher ist jede natürliche Person, die überwiegend zu privaten Zwecken handelt. Unternehmer ist eine natürliche oder juristische Person oder rechtsfähige Personengesellschaft, die in Ausübung ihrer gewerblichen oder selbständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit handelt.
2. Offer, ordering process and conclusion of contract
The product descriptions do not constitute a binding offer. Customers can add goods to the cart, check their entries before placing an order and amend them using the correction options provided. Clicking the ‘Place order and pay’ button submits a binding offer. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, but constitutes acceptance only if expressly stated. Otherwise, the contract is concluded by a separate order confirmation, a request for payment or dispatch of the goods.
The contract text and order details are stored after the contract is concluded and provided to the customer by email. Registered customers can also view their order details in their customer account.
The language of the contract is German.
3. Prices, unit prices and small business regime
The final prices displayed when the order is placed apply, plus any stated shipping costs. No VAT is charged under section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), so VAT is not shown separately. Where legally required, the unit price is shown alongside the total price.
4. Payments
Available payment methods are payment in advance by bank transfer and, once technically enabled in the shop, PayPal. For advance payment, the invoice amount is due upon receipt of the payment information; goods are dispatched after payment is received. PayPal’s terms and privacy information also apply to payments made through that service.
5. Delivery and shipping costs
Delivery is made by DHL within Germany to the delivery address specified during checkout. The usual delivery time is 3–5 working days, unless stated otherwise for the product. Shipping costs are 4,90 €. For orders with a goods value of at least 49,00 € delivery is free of charge. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the delivery location, it ends on the next working day.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of KROKOGRA until payment has been made in full.
7. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are provided in the Withdrawal policy. Withdrawal can also be declared using the permanently available function ‘Withdraw from contract’ . No restriction solely on the grounds of opening unsealed cosmetic packaging is agreed.
8. Product information and labelling
The essential characteristics, ingredients, contents, product code, safety information and responsible person are stated on the relevant product page or packaging. The labelling on the delivered goods is authoritative for the batch, minimum durability or period of use after opening.
9. Rights of deficiencies and complaints
Statutory rights in respect of defects apply. Consumers are asked to report obvious transport damage to the carrier and KROKOGRA as soon as possible; this does not affect their statutory rights.
Complaints and complaints can be sent by email to info@krokogra.com, by telephone under +49 5322 9291026 or by post to the address referred to in Section 1. We confirm the receipt and inform about the further processing.
10. Liability
KROKOGRA accepts unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of a material contractual obligation, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Mandatory statutory liability, particularly under the German Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.
11. Customer account, gift vouchers, price reductions and partner codes
Customers are responsible for keeping their login details confidential. Purchased KROKOGRA® gift cards are provided as PDFs with an individual code after payment is confirmed. The code is transferable and can be redeemed in the online shop up to the available balance. Partial redemption is possible; any remaining balance stays associated with the code. A gift card cannot be used to buy another gift card or combined with promotional vouchers. Cash payment or interest is excluded unless mandatory statutory rights provide otherwise. The standard validity period ends three years after the end of the calendar year in which the gift card was issued.
Discount, promotional and partner codes are distinct from purchased gift cards. They apply only under the stated conditions, cannot be paid out in cash and may be blocked in the event of misuse. Where a price reduction is publicly announced to consumers, the lowest total price charged in the 30 days before the reduction is stated where legally required. Statutory rights and the statutory right of withdrawal remain unaffected.
12. Business customers
German law applies to entrepreneurs to the exclusion of UN sales law. If the customer is a merchant, legal entity under public law or special public assets, the place of jurisdiction of KROKOGRA is – as far as permitted – the place of business. For merchant and partner accounts, the Retailer and partner terms.
13. Consumer conciliation
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in any dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration body.
